PENGUKURAN KINERJA SDM DENGAN METODE KEY PERFORMANCE INDICATORS PT. X

Abstract
Measuring Human Resources (HR) performance is a critical component in supporting organizational effectiveness and achieving a company's strategic goals. The background of this research is based on employee performance issues at PT. X, a healthcare company in Serang City. The purpose of this study was to measure HR performance using Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) to assess HR performance at PT. X, a healthcare company. Employee quality indicators include work quality, work quantity, punctuality and effectiveness, and independence. The method used was Key Performance Indicators (KPIs). The data used was primary data using a questionnaire. The results of this study concluded that the performance of PT. X's clinical laboratory employees was generally considered adequate, although not yet satisfactory, using the Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) method.
